Intuit Homestead painful experience

We tried to use Intuit's Homestead shopping cart. We got it working, but it was awkward, our customers hated it, it kept inappropriate card information, and it does/did not have the built-in bridge to QuickBooks that had been specifically promised. I worked and worked with their tech support, but they seemed to be hamstrung by bad information from both Homestead and Intuit. We went back to PayPal and PayPal buttons. They work really well.
